Young offenders<\/h1><\/div>[vc_column_text]Two new penal sentences for juveniles are since 2014 administered by the National Mediation Service (Konfliktr\u00e5det).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Target groups are offenders that were between 15-18 years old at the time of the offence. General terms are that these sentences require consent by the offender and his\/her parents\/guardians. Further, the juvenile must be deemed to have a need for follow up.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\"1\/2\"]
