The NMS mediator’s handbook has been continuously developed since 2000. The handbook describes procedures, practical tips and advice on how to perform the role of facilitator and mediator. Together with basic training and education, the handbook is an important tool for ensuring quality in processes of restorative justice.

Although the handbook is written for a Norwegian context, we believe the handbook can be a source of inspiration in other countries as well. NMS aim to share knowledge and experience and contribute to joint developments of restorative justice also internationally. We welcome any feedback you may have on this handbook ( post@konfliktraadet.no)
